Returns Policy

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you are not satisfied, then please return it to us within 14 working days of receipt. For a full refund, Items must be returned unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Should you be returning a purchase because of an error on our part or because it’s defective, then we’ll also refund your costs in returning it to us.

•   Include in your postage a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original despatch note and/or receipt.

Return Exceptions

Unless defective or due to our error, items cannot be returned if they are opened, used or damaged.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your item is still in its original packaging then you can exchange it for an alternative of equal value. Unless your original purchase was defective, or there was an error on our part, you will have to pay return shipping.
